新快報頭版頭今天再次刊文，要求警方釋放被刑拘記者，歡迎中聯重科透過正當管道和程序與報社交涉。新快報稱，可以打官司，如果官司輸了，我們該怎麼賠就怎麼賠，該關門我們就關門，一切在法律框架下解決，不能先抓後審。

新華社「中國網事」欄目也表示，新快報記者的報導系職務行為，「損害商業信譽罪」的適用存在爭議，「先抓後審」也難以服眾。記者合法、正當的採訪權，背後是公眾的知情權，不容隨意侵犯。

JDI在台設子公司延攬許庭禎任社長 【吳秀樺╱台北報導】中國智慧型手機市場商機大！為搶攻中國市場，日本顯示器（ Japan Display，JDI）將在台灣成立子公司，進行液晶面板銷售業務，新公司名稱為「台 灣顯示器（Taiwan Display Inc.）」，並且延攬群創（3481）前中小尺寸事業群副總許 庭禎出任社長一職，台灣顯示器預計在11月中旬成立，用以開拓中國智慧手機市場。 JDI指出，新公司的資本額3000萬元，由JDI百分之百持股，至於將出任台灣顯示器社長的 許庭禎，原本任職群創中小尺寸面板事業群，今年6月離職之後轉戰JDI， 而社長之外的其他員工則是招募台灣人或者中國人為主。 中國手機訂單佔營收15% 看準中國華為等中國大型智慧手機廠的需求與發展潛力，JDI希望藉著在台灣成立台灣顯 示器公司，除了供應中國的品牌產面板外，同時也開拓白牌智慧手機的市場；事實上，由 於中國智慧型手機市場快速成長，目前中國手機廠商的訂單，約佔JDI整體營收比重約15% 。 根據市調單位DisplaySearch的統計，今年上半年中小尺寸面板市佔率三星顯示器以1.56 億片，並且以26%市佔率拿下第1的位置，第2名是群創以1.19億片，拿下20%市拿下，至於 JDI則是以7500萬片，市佔為12.5%，拿下第5名的位置。 中國智慧型手機市場快速成長，市場預估今年規模約在3~4億台左右，上半年中國智慧型 手機出貨已衝到1.7億支，其中中興、華為、聯想、酷派約拿下25%的市佔率，而OEM/ODM 為主的卓翼、比亞迪、聞泰、龍旗的市佔約4%，因此，中低價位的白牌市場的規模相當大 ，也成為JDI想要力爭的市場。 http://0rz.tw/NQznC -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.248.186.157
