台股早盤下跌，台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯率區間盤整，中午暫收29.390元，升值 3.5分，台北外匯經紀公司成交量3.26億美元。

匯銀人士指出，台北匯市早盤外匯買賣多為實質性拋補，外商銀行外匯操作無明確方向，進口商買匯，出口商拋匯，新台幣匯率區間盤整，中午暫收29.390元，升3.5分。

國際匯市方面，歐元今天維持強勢，韓元走勢盤整；台北時間中午12時2分左右的國際匯價，1歐元兌1.3789美元，1美元兌97.33日圓、兌1055韓元。

台北外匯經紀公司新台幣兌美元匯率今天開盤價為29.425元，盤中最高29.387元、最低29.425元，中午暫收29.390元，升值3.5分，成交金額3.26億美元。

台灣有超過200種作物會被灰黴病感染，農業專家表示，最嚴重的是果實脆弱的草莓和葡萄，一旦染上會全部爛光光，另外，每年為台灣賺取大筆外匯的蝴蝶蘭也會染灰黴病，染病後的花朵葉片會出現黑點，影響賣相，所幸灰黴病並不難防治，只要合理用藥使用化學藥劑就能去除，農民其實無須過度擔心。

農委會高雄農改場場長黃德昌表示，每年3至6月，台灣正逢梅雨季節，多溼多雨作物就容易長黴菌，因此灰黴病肆虐，過去傳出受災最嚴重的作物就是草莓，草莓本身果實嬌貴幼嫩，一旦染讓黴菌，草莓葉片、根莖、果實都爛光光，農民受災嚴重。

農委會藥毒所農藥應用組助理研究員李敏郎表示，灰黴病是草莓最重要的病害，在法國葡萄也深受灰黴病之苦，一旦葡萄染病影響結果，也會影響整個釀酒產業，經濟損失嚴重。
