【陳亮諭／綜合報導】社交名媛李珍妮的8歲女兒生父之謎目前法律訴訟仍在進行，她暫拋女兒身世謎團，揪五分埔衣架王陳友亮及2人所生的8個月大寶寶，《蘋果》直擊一家3口本月23日晚間外出吃飯享天倫樂。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，前天晚間李珍妮一家3口用餐返回女方豪宅帝寶，當天深夜，記者收工前又到各大逛街熱點「巡邏」，又見陳友亮現身信義威秀商圈，也看到李珍妮牽著1隻黑色貴賓狗遛狗，隨後坐上保時捷離去。她昨晚截稿前未對此作回應。

菲律賓此前撤回了對中國在黃岩島建設施的指責。

菲律賓外長周四（10月24日）表示，期待聯合國仲裁法庭盡早對由其提交與中國的南海主權爭議案做出裁決。

這是菲律賓官方首次公開表態，希望盡快得到結果。

菲律賓外長羅薩里奧說，菲在窮盡所有解決爭議的政治與外交手段後，今年提請聯合國仲裁。

同時他說，中國對南海的主權要求是「擴張性的和過份的」。

各執一詞

羅薩里奧對一些外交官以及大型國營和私營企業公司的高層管理人員表示， 「我們的首席法律顧問認為，在中國不參與的情況下，裁決會更快，有可能2014年之前就宣佈。」 「這是一個積極的進展。」

德爾羅薩里奧此前告訴路透社，根據以前的案例，仲裁案件需要3至4年才能得到結果。他堅持說，仲裁法庭的裁定「將對有關各方都具有法律約束力，而且將是不可上訴的」。

但法律專家們認為，任何結果都不可能落實，不過它將帶有道德和政治影響。

而中國說不會參加菲律賓提交的聯合國仲裁，並稱此舉是馬尼拉企圖將其對南海島嶼的佔領合法化。
