【陳慜蔚／台北報導】國內面臨少子化衍生出企業人才不足等缺工問題，工業總會理事長許勝雄今日指出，少子化的問題確實嚴重，呼籲企業配合政府政策共同努力，例如金仁寶集團提供員工生育補助，2年來已催生882個小孩。
 
許勝雄指出，為了鼓勵員工生育，集團特別提出每胎補助6萬6000元生育金，第1年共有357個員工申請，第2年則有525個員工申請，2年下來集團員工共生了882個，成效不錯，因此會繼續施行。
 
許勝雄指出，少子化是全球面臨的問題，台灣也是如此，不過這個問題企業應該與政府共同面對，配合政府政策一起努力。

現場有媒體詢問4G的問題，許勝雄說，4G競標價往上飆，所以有人騎虎難下，但羊毛出在羊身上，政府應該用心想辦法，對於外傳威寶電信將遭購併，他感性說，還是不會忘情通訊產業，但目前無法就單一合作對象回應。
