中共總理李克強25日在北京人民大會堂與蒙古國總理阿勒坦呼亞格舉行會談，李克強提出五點深化兩國戰略夥伴關係建議，包括開展兩國互聯互通等基礎建設、探討建立邊境自貿區、加強金融合作等。

據中新社報導，李克強就中蒙兩國關係提出五點建議：一、增進政治互信，開展戰略合作。保持高層交往趨勢，開展多層次、寬領域、高水準的交流與合作。在涉及彼此核心利益和重大關切問題上繼續相互堅定支持。

二、大力開展互聯互通等基礎設施建設，就連通兩國的鐵路、公路、天然氣輸送、電力輸送等進行統籌規劃和建設。

三、以大項目為龍頭，帶動經貿合作全面發展。中方支持蒙方建設工業園區和經濟區，願同蒙方探討建立邊境自貿區。

四、加強金融合作，完善投資環境。積極研究擴大雙邊本幣互換規模，開展兩國企業本幣貿易結算。為對方企業在各自國家投資創造良好條件。

五、深化教育、文化、青年、地方等交流與合作。以明年兩國建交六十五周年為契機，辦好「中蒙友好交流年」等活動，實現青年交流機制化，支持兩國互設文化中心。

李克強強調，中國大陸始終堅持走和平發展道路，奉行睦鄰友好的外交方針，把發展經濟、改善民生放在優先位置，致力於維護地區和世界的和平穩定，這也是中國大陸發展同周邊國家關係的基本理念。

會談後，兩國總理共同簽署「中蒙戰略夥伴關係中長期發展綱要」，並見證雙邊經貿、航空、科技、金融、基礎設施建設等多項合作文件的簽署。
