| 綠委指衛福部「讓 人民多吃一年壞油」

「大統油」事件引發大眾對食品安全疑慮，民進黨立委管碧玲25日晚間在立院質詢時，質疑一年前就有人檢舉大統油，衛福部卻讓人民「多吃了一年的壞油」。
管碧玲表示，去年10月就接獲檢舉，「我們的法令，真的讓我們的官署這麼沒力嗎？」她說，依現有法規，根本不必拖延。她詢問衛福部長邱文達，現有法規可以怎麼做？
邱文達先說可依食管法第22條去查核，管碧玲則舉食管法第47條1項10款「規避、妨礙或拒絕本法所規定之查核、檢驗、查扣或封存」，可以依法罰款。
對於罰款金額，邱文達認為依現行規定可處新台幣4萬到20萬元，但管碧玲大罵「胡說八道」，表示依法每次可罰3萬到300萬元，「總共去了5次耶，長達8個月，都不讓你們進去，你們可以叫他們歇業，而且只要一句『情節重大』就可以做了！」
