| 《期貨》CBOT黃小玉齊跌，印度降價求售恐威脅麥價

 芝加哥期貨交易所(CBOT)三大農產品25日期貨報價全面走跌。受印度可能增加出口威脅，12月小麥期貨跌價0.83%至每英斗6.9075美元，週線吞下黑K。除此之外，12月玉米跌0.06%至每英斗4.4美元；11月黃豆跌0.79%至12.935美元。
全球小麥6月開始產季產量預估將跳增8.2%至7.089億噸，導致小麥期貨今年迄今重挫一成。美國農業部情資顯示，印度農糧局計畫將小麥基價由每噸300美元調降至260美元，此舉意在釋出小麥儲備200萬噸。
彭博社報導亦指出，小麥降價傳聞非空穴來風，且已大致拍板定案，印度當局希望藉此刺激小麥出口。
另外，ICE棉花12月期貨下跌0.16%至每磅79.08美分，創9個月新低，月線跌幅逾9%。令棉花崩跌的是美國農業部數據顯示，高原棉10月3日當週出口較前週大減32%，且低於4週平均值52%，

| 至上擬增資發行新股 發行總額2億元

【蕭文康／台北報導】IC通路商至上（8112）今董事會通過擬辦理增資發行新股案，暫定以每股13.5元溢價發行，預估發行總額約2億元。至上表示，本次增資資金用途將用於償還銀行借款。
至上指出，這次增資發行新股中，將保留10%計2000張予公司員工承購，另提撥本次發行股數的10%，計2000張，採公開申購方式公開銷售。

長相激似女星小嫻的酒促妹晴晴，昨天在臉書上公開今晚10點半會在某店駐點，還寫道「期待與大家面對面歐~LOVE YOU！」有疑似同業的女網友質疑晴晴「敗壞酒促風氣不可取」，不過也有人挺她反問「怎麼沒人去罵雞排妹，安心亞，那些脫光的。」
