【胡治言／綜合報導】高雄蔡姓男子發現當女警的妻子與同單位池姓警員搞曖昧，去年9月3人談判後，池男簽切結書願賠300萬，但事後反悔，蔡男提告要求履約，高雄地院認定池男並非遭脅迫才簽契約，判池男須依約全賠。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，判決指出，去年9月4日池男與妻子到蔡家談判，不過池妻只在樓下等待，未參與。蔡男將談判過程全錄下，包括妻子坦承曾與池男上摩鐵、在車內脫衣磨蹭、愛撫等。 池男聲稱，當天他接到蔡妻電話說被家暴，基於同事情誼前往協調，他見蔡男情緒失控，不斷毆打蔡妻還預藏刀械，他被恫嚇且迫於無奈才簽切結書。但3個月後他就發存證信函撤銷切結書。

法官認為，談判當天除雙方外，還有許多親戚參與協調，而當時池男不僅行動自由，還可撥電話，且他也無法舉證蔡男預藏刀械，因此認定池所簽切結書有效，須依約賠償。

【戴之聖／基隆報導】今日凌晨2時許有民眾向119報案表示，位在調和街巷內民宅不斷有濃煙竄出，消防隊派出3個分隊，共7車22人前往搶救，現場發現是房屋後方存放木柴處有火舌，消防隊立即佈水線射水滅火，不到10分鐘以控制火勢，住在裡面86歲的方姓婦人被鄰居攙扶逃出所幸無人傷亡，至於詳細起火原因還在了解中。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國一名35歲蘇丹裔男子阿布拉(Khalid Abdullah)在今年4月企圖性侵一名30多歲女子，但最後失敗，阿布拉還向被害女子要求報警，不過最近阿布拉仍被判有期徒刑8年。

據了解，阿布拉當時因為懷疑自己的女友與其他男人有染，因此上街尋找女性報復。他在街上鎖定一名30多歲女子，接著持刀恐嚇她，並企圖性侵。但最後阿布拉性侵失敗，還向被害女子說：「這是我的第一次。對不起，你可以報警了。」

該名女受害人最後逃回家中，最後阿布拉遭警方逮捕。阿布拉最近被判有期徒刑8年，法官指阿布拉雖然性侵不成功，但對女性安全有很大威脅，因此需要重判。
