| 新北購物袋 可當專用垃圾袋

【李定宇╱新北報導】賣場購物袋可當專用垃圾袋！為避免民眾將塑膠提袋帶回家後，最後也當成垃圾裝進專用垃圾袋丟棄，造成一袋裝一袋的環境污染，新北市環保局昨宣布與全聯超市合作，創全國首例推出「購物、垃圾雙袋合一」的15公升裝購物袋，全市110家全聯超市販售購物袋可直接當垃圾袋使用，12月底將正式上路，民眾聞訊表示：「不賴耶！環保又省荷包！」
民眾購物常因忘記帶環保袋，或採買太多物品，須另外加購賣場或超商提供的塑膠提袋，但這些花錢買來購物袋，可能使用幾次後也成為垃圾被丟棄，造成一包多袋資源浪費。
新北市環保局長劉和然昨表示，為減少環境污染，與全聯超市試辦「購物、垃圾雙袋合一」政策，讓購物袋可直接當垃圾袋使用。
劉和然說，該「購物垃圾袋」為粉紅色樣式，同樣貼有垃圾袋防偽標籤，價格比照新北市垃圾清理每公升0.4元計算，初期以推出15公升裝購物垃圾袋，未來視成效再提供20公升尺寸。
預計12月底實施
劉和然表示，此款購物垃圾袋由全聯超市在新北市境內110家連鎖店提供販售，預計12月底可上路實施，未來也持續與轄區內家樂福、愛買、大潤發、頂好、松青、美廉社等其他賣場洽談，增加銷售通路。
全聯超市昨說，經統計其位於全台的超市據點，每月購物袋銷售量約260萬個，新北市110家連鎖店，購物袋每月就賣出35萬個，而「購物、垃圾雙袋合一」成本將由該公司自行吸收，未來民眾到門市除有原本提袋，也能買到可當專用垃圾袋使用的購物袋。
減少塑膠袋使用
民眾昨聞訊贊同地說，此舉將有效減少塑膠袋使用，「也希望其他賣場能跟進！」

◎實施時間：預計12月底上路
◎試辦賣場：新北市110間全聯超市
◎規格：15公升裝，視成效再推20公升裝
◎售價：每個6元（比照專用垃圾袋每公升0.4元計）

| 新日光現增加計公司債 共募得41.07億元

新日光（3576）今日宣布，順利於原訂增資基準日10月25日完成現金增資。此案係以每股新台幣23.9元溢價發行，共發行新股1.3億股，募得31.07億元。
新日光董事長林坤禧表示，此募資案為今年以來台灣太陽能公司增資規模最大的案件，原股東認購踴躍，並於10月25日之增資基準日收足股款，不但為公司成功募集31.07億元的資金，加上10月1日已發行的10億元有擔保可轉換公司債，共挹注新日光41.07億元。
他強調，本次募得的資金，將用於改善財務結構及充實營運資金。
