店名:はしたて Tel:075-343-4440 Add:京都市下京区烏丸通塩小路下る東塩小路町901 ジェイアール京都伊勢丹3F 營業時間:11～15點、15～17點(點心)、17～22點 消費時間:2013/03 (可刷卡) 圖文版: http://honey777honey777.pixnet.net/blog/post/165889857 文字版: あまのはしたて是天橋立 今天要寫的是橋立はしたてｗ はしたて在京都車站 嚴格說來算是在共築的京都伊勢丹SUVACO3樓 旁邊有中村藤吉 下圖是店內裝潢 這天5點左右就到了，不然經過好幾次都是滿席呢... 這裡人氣如此旺盛的原因 有一部分是因為はしたて為京都知名料亭和久傳的casual版! 冠上了和久傳之名，當然食材與味道是不能馬虎低! はしたて是以丼（どんぶり、蓋飯）為中心的店 首先分享「雲丹の玉〆丼」 雲丹就是海膽，玉〆念做たまじめ，如下圖所見的蛋料理 「雲丹の玉〆丼」果然是有別於一般的蓋飯類 細緻、柔軟、入口即化的玉〆搭配新鮮的海膽，讓人餘韻不絕 (只會想說海膽再多一點就好了...) 「山菜と白魚の玉〆丼」 白魚不是整年都吃到的東西 這個蓋飯據說只推出1個月! 因為當時是春天，山菜就是春天的代表-蕨菜、蜂斗菜(冬花) 限定的同時也是感覺得到春天的料理! 總評來說... はしたて一碗蓋飯1500丹左右 價格上是稍微高了一點沒錯... 不過這裡都是使用當季最新鮮的食材 也會時常變更菜色 如果想要吃比較稍微有當季感、細緻感的蓋飯的話 應該還是可以考慮看看唷! -- 愛家 愛台灣 愛京都 香蕉草莓的部落格 http://honey777honey777.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.94.249
