富味鄉食品公司涉及黑心油品案，又被發現所製售的3款標示100%純黑麻油，也疑有摻加其他油品，涉及摻偽和假冒行為，富味鄉董事長陳文南兄弟在昨(25)天接受檢方偵訊時，展現賠償消費者誠意，主動向檢察官出示約20筆房屋及土地權狀資料，表明願意讓檢方進行扣押，彰化地檢署下週一將採取扣押行動。
彰化檢方昨晚首度傳訊富味鄉公司董事長陳文南、常務董事陳瑞禮兄弟食，陳文南兄弟雖坦承3款標示100%黑麻油，混攙黃麻油或玉米胚牙成分，但認為只違反食品衛生管理法中的「標示不實」，未涉及檢方所指同法中涉及刑責的「攙偽」或「假冒」及刑法詐欺取財罪。
由於陳文南先前已被新北地檢署諭知新台幣250萬元交保，因此訊後請回，陳瑞禮則被諭知100萬元交保。不過，陳文南兄弟也展現賠償消費者及接受懲罰的誠意，向檢察官出示約20筆房屋及土地權狀資料，表明願意讓檢方進行扣押。
彰化地檢署是在24日會同彰化縣衛生局至富味鄉食品股份有限公司芳苑廠調查時，另外查獲3款疑有摻加的純黑麻油，經彰化衛生局比對發現，高級黑麻油混有37%的黃麻油、特級黑麻油混有28%黃麻油、頂級黑麻油混有0.5%炒熟的玉米胚牙。
彰檢認為產品既然標示100%，卻攙加其他成分，有讓消費者陷於錯誤嫌疑，已構成食品衛生管理法摻加、假冒及刑法詐欺要件，認為已涉及刑事責任。
彰化地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃智勇表示，富味鄉從2009年11月起製售混攙次級油的純黑麻油，不法獲利約1億元；陳文南兄弟提供的20筆房地產公告現值約1億6000萬至2億元，下週一檢方將發出扣押命令。
