王郁琦籲陸釋人道探視權

兩岸互設辦事機構協商進度放緩，陸委會主委王郁琦昨表示，陸方在人道探視權部分，以「法律不允許」為由不願鬆口。他呼籲大陸若真重視台灣人民感受，並盼望提升兩岸政治互信，就應讓互設辦事機構具人道探視權。

王郁琦昨參加「2013青年學生大陸政策研習營」致詞表示，兩岸事務性議題，不免涉及政治意涵。如「兩岸兩會互設辦事機構」協商，雖是事務性議題，但其中辦理證件及人道探視權等，難免有「政治敏感性」。

截至8月，兩岸兩會互設辦事機構已進行4次業務性溝通，辦理證件有進展，但人道探視未有眉目。王郁琦坦言，牽制兩會互設辦事機構進度的最大原因，就是陸方在人道探視權的部分以「法律不允許」為由，不願鬆口。

據了解，大陸民眾也沒探視權。大陸刑訟法僅規定，公安機關在逮捕或拘留嫌犯後，須24小時內通知家屬，但沒有探視此條法規。陸委會官員昨表示，大陸說法是「大陸法規沒給予我方辦事機構有探視權的依據」，但官員說，兩岸協議多少涉及法律修正，這點會再與陸方努力溝通。

台灣社會不分朝野黨派高度重視人道探視權，目前約有1500名台灣民眾在大陸人身自由受限。

我電腦因為中毒拿去從灌了,我再次安裝steam並登入的時候 steam突然說(你好!我們發現你在新的電腦登入!)然後裡面說他們發了驗證馬在我的雅虎信箱,但是沒收到0.0 ,垃圾信件夾也沒找到,怎麼半啊? steam之前有驗證過我的信箱地址,但因為忘記密碼所以我換另一個信箱 才驗證成功的 不知是啥原因,就是沒收到他們的信,要怎麼辦啊>< 拜託各位大大幫助我~我想登入steam啊~~~~~~~ ...
