健保問題多 歐巴馬上教堂也煩

（中央社記者林淑媛華盛頓2013年10月27日專電）為了「健保市場」網站卡卡傷透腦筋的美國總統歐巴馬，連週日到教堂做禮拜都被追問網站是否可以修復，歐巴馬只能無奈的說，「我要上教堂」。

歐巴馬健保的「平價醫療法」從10月1日上路接受民眾登記後，技術問題百出，在解決財政僵局後，歐巴馬即深陷健保危機。

目前健保網站相關人員24小時加班，企圖解決健保網站問題，行政部門於25日宣布，「健保市場」網站可望在11月30日以前修復。

歐巴馬健保改革是歐巴馬任內最重要政策，近來卻因為網站問題讓衛生部與白宮都急得像熱鍋上的螞蟻，來自四面八方的批評聲浪不斷。

美國媒體報導，歐巴馬今天接近中午前往白宮附近的聖公會聖約翰教堂（St John's Episcopal Church），平常已經夠煩了，沒想到到教堂路上還是被記者追問，歐巴馬顯然沒有心情回答，他無奈的說，「拜託，我要去上教堂」。

歐巴馬「健保市場」網站申請截止期限到明年3月31日，目前已經有些參議員因健保網站出現問題，打算提案延長截止日期。

不過，民眾如果要在明年1月開始享受健保給付，必須要在12月中旬以前完成健保方案選擇，這也是行政部門希望趕在11月30日前修復網站的主因。
