睽違16年，台灣愛樂（NSO）將於11月9日晚間8時在巴黎嘉禾廳（SalleGaveau）演出歐洲首場巡演。

台灣愛樂由音樂總監呂紹嘉率領，將在歐洲展開為期14天、4國5場次的巡演。

呂紹嘉表示，台灣愛樂16年後重返歐洲，歐洲巡演意義非凡，而且，這次還將帶著兩首台灣作曲家錢南章的「詩經五曲」與顏名秀的「鑿貫」兩首作品，代表台灣兩個世代的音樂與台灣精神。

他表示，到歐洲巡迴演出，不是比較樂團優劣的問題，而是展現台灣樂團浸淫吐納於多元文化的活力與實力，讓廣大的世界看到一個優遊自在於各種風格。

台灣愛樂將演出歐洲19世紀經典曲目，展現台灣愛樂詮釋西方古典音樂的實力外，也將展演前樂季駐團德國作曲家佑斯特（Christian Jost）的作品，也邀請當今樂壇炙手可熱的小提琴家薇薇安．哈格納（VivianeHagner）與曾獲日內瓦國際音樂大賽首獎的大提琴家楊文信同台演出。

巴黎音樂會的曲目，包括德沃札克「第八號交響曲」、西貝流士「D小調小提琴協奏曲」，白遼士的「羅馬狂歡節序曲」，以及錢南章的「詩經五曲」和顏名秀的「鑿貫」。

台灣愛樂總監呂紹嘉曾獲1988年法國貝桑松（Besancon）國際青年指揮大賽首獎，長年與世界頂尖樂團合作。
