| 驗出瘦肉精 衛生局要求下架

國內食品安全引起民眾不安，桃園縣衛生局日前在縣內抽驗三十五件食材，又查出知名連鎖店原燒優質原味燒肉的一件牛肉肉品含有不得驗出的瘦肉精齊帕特羅殘留，要求全部下架，並移請台北巿衛生局進行後續裁處並追蹤；原燒在接獲衛生機關通知後，已經在10月18號全面下架，全數退還進口商。（李明朝報導）
桃園縣衛生局是在日前，針對縣內的連鎖餐廳、百貨公司及大賣場美食街，抽驗了三十五件的食材，就動物用藥及農藥等進行檢驗，以瞭解有沒有殘留，衛生局食品藥物管理科劉麗文科長表示，衛生局在桃園巿原燒優質原味燒肉抽驗一件肉品被檢出含有瘦肉精齊帕特羅(Zilpaterol)殘留0.5ppb，由於不得驗出，已經要求禁止販售。
衛生局表示，追查這批肉品來源是美福國際股份有限公司，目前追查已經全部肉品二０三點四公斤要求全部封存，同時整個案件已經移請台北巿衛生局進行後續裁處並追蹤。
衛生局表示，由於這批肉品驗出不得驗出的瘦肉精，已要求該公司在全國二十二家分店必須同步下架。

| 生活報你知－12年國教志願選填模擬系統 建置完成

12年國教將於明年上路，教育部為了讓學生熟悉免試入學的作業流程，已建置「志願選填試探與輔導系統」，蒐集各招生區免試超額比序項目，將於10月、12月及明年3月讓國三學生上網試模擬填志願3次，瞭解自我的興趣與優勢。教育部12年國教專案辦公室主任陳大魁表示，12年國教首屆學生面對變革，沒有過去入學資訊可參考，有必要進行多次模擬，讓學生熟悉狀況。教育部強調，模擬志願選填是試探性質，不會作落點分析，避免誤導學生和家長。3次志願選填試探時間分別是今年10月、12月，以及明年3月，首屆國中教育會考則訂於明年5月。
