| P-3C反潛機故障滯關島 立委要求向美求償

【黃揚明／台北報導】國民黨立委林郁方下午在立法院司法、國防外交聯席會議質詢時透露，去年我國向美軍採購首批的P-3C反潛機3架中有2架飛到關島就故障，有1架已修復飛抵台灣，但仍有1架一直還在關島。林質疑，3架中就有2架故障，國防部應檢討當初驗收如何通過，且延誤交機任務，應該向美方求償。
空軍司令部參謀長丁忠武答詢指出，目前仍在關島的那架P-3C反潛機是因飛操器有問題，但因關島美軍基地是離島基地，沒有該機型的後勤補給，最近又碰到耶誕假期，因此修復延誤。至於求償，國防部副部長夏立言說，會和美方討論。

| 男結8次婚 被稱「婚戒之王」

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國一名65歲男子謝帕德（Ron Sheppard）自45年前首次結婚後，便結婚結上癮，合計到目前為止共結了8次婚，被英國媒體稱為「婚戒之王」。
據英國雅虎新聞報導指出，謝帕德在1966年首次結婚，維持2年後便離婚，2人育有3名子女，之後他不斷與多名女子離離合合，至今共結了8次婚，育有8名子女，以及13名孫子。最新一段婚姻，是在2004年與菲藉女子結婚，2人現在仍在一起，他號稱是人生史上最成功的一段婚姻。
謝帕德說，自己不是玩感情的情人，而是真心娶了每一位女子。由於他的婚姻經歷實在驚人，他現在正洽談把自己的經歷拍成電影。
