台南電影節　新光三越台南西門店六樓c區展出

　　台南電影節自即日起至2013/11/5於新光三越台南西門店六樓c區展出，有早期音樂、電影設備，還有一連串熱門電影播映，邀請民眾一起回顧電影轉變史。

　　現場除了展出顏振發老師手繪的15幅電影看板，也邀請到黑膠唱片收藏家陳明章，展出50～80年代電影主題曲的黑膠封套、音響設備及早期電影播映喇叭、海報等，並播映全台唯一僅存的一張電影黑膠唱片，讓民眾能回顧台灣電影藝術的轉變。

　　近年來台南也不斷積極推廣電影文化，例如台南市政府觀光旅遊局所拍攝的觀光微電影《幸福事務所》及改編自台南青年「蚵男」黃翊誠先生的勵志微電影《蚵男。不難》，還有台南市政府新聞處所舉辦的2013年台南劇場-影片徵件活動的優選作品、文化局舉辦的台南39小時拍片競賽、南門電影書院的影像修覆介紹及年代牆、南台科技大學-資訊傳播系所得獎作品，都將在活動現場一次完整呈現！（圖／台南市政府觀光旅遊局提供）

　　台南室內合唱團將於2013/10/31~11/3舉辦「台灣台南＆日本仙台－國際音樂文化交流」活動，台南室內合唱團將於11/1晚上7:30在台南遠東香格里拉大飯店舉辦歡迎會暨記者招待會，11/2晚上7:30在台南大學雅音樓演藝廳舉行「Why We Sing友誼萬歲」聯合音樂會，歡迎民眾蒞臨欣賞。

　　台南市與仙台市於2006年締結為國際友誼市，雙方簽署交流促進協定書，往來頻繁，互動密切。仙台市是一座保有著自然之美和傳統文化的現代化都市，注重歷史和文化，除了七夕節等傳統活動之外，亦時常舉辦仙台國際音樂比賽、街頭爵士音樂節等活動，演劇活動十分興盛。

　　台南室內合唱團邀請日本仙台市的Miyagi-Sanjo OG choir、Clair Female Chorus、Hitachi Female Chorus等三團女聲合唱團來台南進行音樂文化參訪及演出。除此之外，也邀請南台灣的台南搧樂女生合唱團及樹德科技大學表演藝術系的葛利合唱團共同參與聯合演出。

　　希望透過歌聲，跨越語言、國界、種族的藩籬，拉近了人與人之間的距離，促進台日音樂藝術文化交流，延展及鞏固雙方深厚的友誼，並希望達成以藝術外交行銷府城。（圖／台南市文化局提供）

把從黑名單刪除但對方還是打不進還是轉語音?
