| 三芝茭白筍節 親手採筍嘗鮮味

現在是新北市三芝區茭白筍盛產時節，但天候異常影響，今年茭白筍產量減少兩成；農業局、三芝區公所昨、今兩天於淺水灣舉辦茭白筍節活動，開幕就吸引數千民眾參加活動與採購。
三芝區農會股長周正男表示，三芝茭白筍是來自金山的赤殼種，30多年前三芝農民開始種植，目前多達60公頃，以前年產量達400多公噸，但今年夏天太熱，產量銳減到300多公噸。
茭白筍節昨天於三芝淺水灣停車場開幕，市府祕書長陳伸賢表示，每年9至11月是新北市茭白筍產季，產區集中在三芝、金山、萬里、淡水。
茭白筍節結合在地的觀光、產業與人文特色，可以參加採茭白筍、逛活動攤位或欣賞表演，歡迎民眾到場參與。
農業局長廖榮清說，活動現場還集結市內各地農特產品，可以逛農夫市集，把最新鮮、最健康的農產品帶回家，還有闖關活動、趣味競賽，只要參加就有機會獲得限量紀念品「祈福卡」。
三芝區長施得仰說，活動兩天提供免費接駁車，還規畫「茭個朋友吧！」聯誼活動，現場20對男女在淺水灣共度午後時光。

黃色小鴨游進桃園新屋，雖然風大、被批動線不佳、小鴨變老鴨、臉上三條線等，但桃園縣政府指出，小鴨昨(26)日已吸引超過20萬人爭睹。桃園縣政府今(27)日指出，從永安方向過來新屋小鴨區，僅1趟接駁。而高鐵站，台31停車場或楊梅揚昇方向過來小鴨區，只有2趟接駁，所以嚴格來說，最多2趟接駁可到小鴨區。
桃園縣文化局表示，2013桃園縣地景廣場藝術節活動規劃為小鴨展區、點點展區、水巷展區、范姜祖堂展區、蓮花展區共五大活動展出地；其中點點展區-新屋陂接鄰新屋鄉市區，周遭腹地廣大適合各車輛迴轉，機能完善，加上此次藝術節活動：水巷展區與范姜展區都在點點展區-新屋陂周圍，是這次藝術節規劃活動之重心，因此規劃點點展區為主要的活動交通接駁轉運站，以及藝術表演活動主舞台之處。
另外，桃園縣交通局表示，從永安方向過來新屋小鴨區，僅1趟接駁。而高鐵站，台31停車場或楊梅揚昇方向過來小鴨區，只有2趟接駁，所以嚴格來說，最多2趟接駁可到小鴨區。
由於活動期間人潮擁擠，針對「埤坡道路」及「活動廣場範圍內」為避免影響動線安全，嚴禁流動攤販進入，縣府將定期巡檢管制，其他周邊道路動線，也將管制攤販不得影響交通、妨礙道路使用，另縣府每日安排環保人員不定期巡檢攤販是否有汙染環境之情形，以維環境清潔。
