玉山金控28日召開法說會，公布今年前3季累計稅後獲利達65.7億元，每股稅後獲利(EPS)1.19元，較去年同期成長16%。玉山金總經理黃男州並表示，柬埔寨UCB已在9月10日完成70%股權投資，並期許未來3年資產規模進入當地市場前5大，未來5年重要指標前入前3大。

黃男州指出，自從去年起對財富管理進行一連串的精進工程後，在耕經營以及產品服務方面都有顯著的改變，成果也反應在手續費收入上，今年前3季財富管理手續費收入較去年同期大幅度成長39.9%，遠高於市場同業，很有信心可以在未來繼續展現動能。

至於主要收入來源中，黃男州表示，以淨手續費年成長20.4%為主要的動力所在，其中在信用卡及財富管理業務上都繳出不錯的成績單，而放款在中小企業放款及外幣放款帶動下，今年前9月放款餘額增加9.4%，明顯優於市場平均。在資產品質上，玉山也保持優異水準，到9月底為止，逾期放款比率僅0.21%，覆蓋率達526.1%，保持質量俱佳的表現。

除了財業務績效外，在分行通上及金融創新上也有所斬獲。黃男州指出，玉山將在11月開設4間新分行，讓國內的通路一舉增加至136間，使服務網絡更加綿密。另外，玉山銀行長期重視金融創新，以顧客導向出發，結合網路服務與實體通路，具有豐富平台銜接經驗，從兩岸支付通、第三方支付平台、與7-ELEVEN合作的票劵收付通、網路代收代付等，一直扮演著創新與領先的角色，串接虛擬與實體金流，未來將持續提供更專業、更優質的多元服務。

在海外布局上，黃男州指出，柬埔寨UCB已完成70%股權投資，期許未來3年資產規模進入當地市場前5大，未來5年重要指標前入前3大。東莞分行成立已逾1年，接下來將朝申請人民幣業務、申設東莞支行以及上海第二分行的三方面同步進行，透過有機成長方式經營中國市場。此外玉山也積極爭取越南分行及澳洲雪梨分行的開設，繼續布局亞洲。
