各大企業的獲利數字不如原先預期，再加上美國聯準會對經濟的看法稍表負面，今天凌晨收盤的美股四大指數中，除費城半導體指數微幅收高之外，其餘三大指數全數下跌。

福邦投顧分析師陳唯泰表示，檢視台股昨天表現，再一次尾盤出現拉高，使得指數小跌15點，而成交量放大至843億元，表面上是多頭補量，不過仔細去看增量的內涵，並沒有增加在權值股身上，反而增加在中小型股的身上，所以才會量增但是價跌。今天特別觀察權值股，包括聯電、日月光、矽品、友達、群創以及大立光等法說權值股。

今天將召開法說會的指標公司有中華電、聯發科，下周還有富邦金、台新金，預料在11月中旬之前，法說會的內容，仍將左右台股。

另外，昨天外資留倉台期指淨多單11,173口，為近月最大口數，是否維持或是持續增加，都是台股未來觀察。

同欣電第3季歸屬母公司業主淨利新台幣5.14億元，每股稅後盈餘3.16元。法人表示，同欣電第3季稅後獲利，是歷史單季次高。

LED陶瓷基板和模組購裝廠同欣電公布前3季和第3季財務報告，前3季合併營收59.17億元，較去年同期50.09億元成長18.1%；前3季合併毛利率31.38%，較去年同期29.65%，增加1.73個百分點。

同欣電前3季合併營業利益13.29億元，營業利益率22.46%，較去年同期19.25%增加3.21個百分點；前3季歸屬母公司業主淨利約11.7億元，較去年同期7.64億元大增53.2%，前3季每股稅後盈餘7.19元，去年同期EPS4.71元。

其中同欣電第3季合併營收22.38億元，較第2季19.13億元增加17%，創下歷史單季新高；第3季合併毛利率34.3%，較第2季30.3%增加4個百分點。

同欣電第3季毛利率衝破34%。法人表示，同欣電第3季毛利率表現，是歷史單季次高。

第3季同欣電合併營業利益5.86億元，營業利益率26.2%，較第2季20.86%增加5.34個百分點。

同欣電第3季營業淨利率突破25%，衝上26.2%，法人表示，同欣電第3季營益率創歷史單季新高。

同欣電第3季歸屬母公司業主淨利5.14億元，較第2季3.31億元大增55.26%；第3季每股稅後盈餘3.16元，第2季EPS 2.03元。

法人表示，同欣電今年第3季稅後獲利是歷史單季次高。

同欣電預計在11月12日舉辦法人說明會。
