王建民的2014年球季，將從美國或日本跨出腳步？經紀公司今天強調：「建仔的意願以美國為主。」

大聯盟世界大賽落幕，也意味著自由球員市場開市，王建民的未來動向備受台灣球迷矚目，今天中央社消息指出，日本職棒軟銀鷹隊有意網羅王建民，且由球團會長王貞治出面接洽，爭取態度相當積極。

經紀公司代表張家銘接受中央社採訪時表示，日職對王建民一直都有興趣，也有不只一隊接觸，但軟銀是否派出王貞治出馬爭取？經紀公司不願證實，只說「建仔的意願以美國為主，經紀公司沒有主動接觸日本職棒」

王建民今年三月在世界棒球經典賽飆出好投，對日本6局0失分好投，成為吸引日本球團目光的關鍵，當時就傳出日職積極爭取加盟消息，但王建民的目光始終放在大聯盟。

今年王建民在藍鳥出賽六場，總計27局，累積1勝2敗、防禦率7.67，今年冬天的自由市場行情恐怕不會太好，堅定留美之路，盼望美職生涯邁入第15年，就得有靜待消息的心理準備。
