【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】曾獲諾貝爾和平獎的「跨政府氣候變遷小組」（Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change，簡稱IPCC）將發表報告，警告全球暖化在21世紀將使經濟成長減緩、貧窮情況惡化，並危害糧食來源。暖化將使中低收入國家的貧窮加劇，甚至中上收入國家也會因貧富差距擴大，產生更多貧民族群，其中越來越多人口聚居的都市地區將受到較大衝擊。

美聯社報導，這份報告原訂明年3月發表，但摘要已出現在一個質疑氣候變遷的網站上。未來數月各國政府將就報告草稿做出評論。科學家在報告中指出，若全球溫室氣體排放仍維持現狀，暴雨與乾旱將日益頻繁且持續更久，部份地區在某些季節的高溫及高濕，將影響人類活動，例如無法種植作物、無法在戶外工作等，導致收入減少。估計若全球均溫上升攝氏1.6度，全球收入將會減少0.2至2個百分點。

報告中最受爭議的部份，則是科學家宣稱因氣候變遷加劇貧窮、導致經濟惡化，因此會間接增加戰亂，導致更多內戰、族群戰爭與暴力抗爭。未參與撰寫報告的賓州州立大學氣候科學家曼恩（Michael Mann）對報告結論表示肯定：「氣候變遷會危害我們的健康、土地、糧食與水資源。」
