【大紀元2013年11月04日訊】（大紀元記者陳熙暖荷蘭報導）荷蘭國際刑事法庭的公訴部門今日要求法官，改變此前允許肯尼亞總統肯尼亞塔（Uhuru Kenyatta）只出庭部份審判的決定。不久前，對肯尼亞副總統魯托（William Ruto）反人類罪審理也要求從其必須出席部庭審，僅在「極其特殊情況下」方可缺席。

10月18日荷蘭國際刑庭曾允許肯尼亞塔缺席庭審，以回國處理肯尼亞購物中心恐怖襲擊案。公訴人提出：「審判庭應該改正這個決定，要尊重法庭條例要求肯尼亞塔先生必須出席庭審。」

肯尼亞塔在今天3月被選為總統，他一直表示荷蘭法庭的庭審耽誤了他治理國務。公訴方表示：「肯尼亞塔的情況與肯國副總統魯托相同，所以肯尼亞塔也同樣該出席全部審理。」2007-08年肯尼亞選舉後發生暴力事件導致千人死亡、上萬人受處置，與此案相關的總統肯尼亞塔和副總統魯托都以反人類罪被起訴。

今年9月份受審的魯托，成為荷蘭國際刑事法庭審理過的最高級別在職國家元首，等今年11月肯尼亞塔出庭受審時這個紀錄將被再度刷新。
