徐若瑄證實將與男友結婚，從單身升等為人妻，她說：「我現在很快樂，也很幸福，結婚一定會昭告天下，讓大家一起分享我的喜悅。」她不敢斷然透露大喜之日，只因她與身家6億的未婚夫李云峰都很孝順，必須尊重雙方長輩意見，才能作最後決定，盼外界多給小兩口一點空間與祝福。

李云峰雖是礦業小開，卻絲毫沒有豪門公子哥的驕氣，為人客氣、有禮，毫無老闆派頭，他曾向友人透露，父親從小對他管教嚴厲，當同學放學出去玩，他是乖乖到礦場工地，學習及訓練管理事宜，除了父親的礦業及航運，對表演、藝術有興趣，去年在台成立威絡思娛樂，投資「72小時莎到你」及負責吳宗憲、高凌風及康康三大難高音星馬演出外，近期則投資方大同新巡迴演唱會，對演藝圈略有涉足。

李云峰偏好表演及藝術，曾以投資者的身分，趁「72小時莎到你」開拍前，宴請劇組吃飯，不過當時與徐若瑄並未交往，兩人經過4個多月的互動，直至8月才陷入熱戀，兩人有共同的興趣，徐稱李是她的「Soulmate」，心靈相通才能白首偕老。

徐若瑄坦言，未來就算結婚也不打算息影，可望朝幕後發展，寫劇本、當導演，都是目標。
