台灣東南東方三千五百公里地方有一個熱帶性低氣壓，很有可能成為今年第三十號颱風，而位於菲律賓民答那峨島東邊的低壓，也有機會，十一或十二月有颱風不稀奇。至於原來的科羅莎颱風在海南島附近，在減弱消散當中，但仍逐步往越南方向前進，有可能還沒到越南前就消散成低壓。
台灣今天仍受到東北季風及鋒面的影響，北部東部影響最明顯，迎風面有雨，主要在北海岸延伸到東部，其他地方也有毛毛雨，預計這鋒面雲系在周二時會逐漸減弱，周三開始北部東部的天氣會逐步轉晴，好天氣有機會延續到周末，也建議您好好把握。這次鋒面雲系影響，是以北部為主，中南部多雲，溫度略降，靠沿海區域可能風勢較大，預計周三之後，各地溫度都會逐步緩升，不像這兩天北東高溫才不到二十五度，低溫二十度。
