新北市衛生局5日查獲3項包裝食用油品涉標示不實，下架19件(累計查獲標示不實油品達21項，下架1,065件)，油品品項合格率為99.40％(查核3,498項，21項不合格)。

新北市政府衛生局表示，持續稽查各連鎖大賣場、連鎖超市及超商查核包裝油品542件；查核餐飲店及供飲食場所29件。合計稽查571件。自11月1日迄5日共查核計71,866件符合規定。

衛生局進一步說明，涉標示不實3項包裝食用油品，分別為正統不飽和葵花油、正統葡萄多酚健康油及正統橄欖調理健康油(皆為正統國際企業有限公司，嘉義縣)。稽查人員現場立即要求販售場所下架回收、停止販售，並移請該產品製造公司所轄衛生局後續處辦。

衛生局再次呼籲，所有油品製造販售應符合食品衛生管理法規範，如經衛生局查獲且被證實原料違規，將依法加重處罰。油品品名應與本質相符，如標示不實、誇張或易生誤解，已違反食品衛生管理法第28條，依同法第45條，可處4萬元至20萬元罰鍰。

新竹劉姓男子不滿乾媽的兒子在校疑似遭同學欺負，在今年4月18 、19日連續2天，到竹縣某國小興師問罪，要求學校交出相關錄影檔案，學校以他非學生家長等勸阻，引來劉男不滿，出言對學校主任恫嚇:「如果你不給我，我就要打你，要打校長，要把學校砸毀」等，並將主任拉出校門外，作勢毆打。

劉姓男子被依恐嚇罪起訴，新竹地院開庭時，劉男堅稱，沒有恐嚇，只是站在學生家人立場去關心孩子被欺負的事，他也說，學校人員的態度比他更凶悍。

經法官勸說，劉男最後認罪，同意認罪協商，新竹地院依恐嚇罪判他拘役30日，得易科3萬元罰金。
