| 查頂新用大統油 屏檢傳六人

（中央社記者郭芷瑄屏東縣5日電）屏東地檢署偵辦頂新製油實業公司使用大統長基油品案件，今天上午傳喚頂新屏東廠包括廠長在內的6名員工。
屏東地檢署表示，傳喚的頂新屏東廠員工有廠長曾啟明、總務及調油員。
檢方調查的重點主要是摻用大統長基油品起迄時間、用於那些食用油品項及是否知情大統油摻假、是否有詐欺嫌疑等情形。1021105

| 總統兼黨主席 呂秀蓮：要復辟的感覺

【張麗娜／台北報導】國民黨擬於10日全代會上提出修改黨章，明訂總統為當然黨主席。前副總統呂秀蓮上午受訪時說，「忽然覺得開時代倒車一樣，好像列寧主義要復辟的感覺，這絕對不是好事」。不過呂也說，民進黨黨綱好像也有這樣的規定，「如果民意覺得不妥當，朝野兩黨都可以考慮，我個人覺得政黨規政黨，黨政應該要分離」。
呂說，當初民進黨通過總統兼任黨揆時，她也覺得不妥當，「這次看馬英九強制接黨主席，如果社會觀感很好，民進黨就不用提（修改），如果社會觀感不好，民進黨也應藉此機會檢討」。
