| 推特掛牌上市 收盤股價漲七成

推特公司（Twitter Inc.）今天在紐約證券交易所（NYSE）掛牌上市，以45.10美元開出，盤中最高來到50.09美元，漲幅超過九成，終場收在每股約44.94美元，漲幅約72%。
推特公司今天在華爾街股市演出處女秀，一砲而紅，顯示投資人對這宗臉書（Facebook）之後最受期待上市案的狂熱，但股市未獲推升，三大指數都重挫。
這家微網誌服務商6日首次公開募股（IPO），以每股26美元發行7000萬股，籌資18.2億美元，發行價高於原訂23美元至25美元的承銷價區間。
以26美元發行價推算，推特市值達到142億美元，是2014年預估營收11.4億美元的12.4倍。推特股價若站上45美元，市值則馬上暴衝到250億美元左右。

| 紀念一戰百年 歐蘭德動員改革

法國總統歐蘭德今天在總統府舉行紀念第一次世界大戰百年活動啟動儀式，在政治和社會動盪不斷之際，歐蘭德藉紀念發出動員令，「要改革、團結、成功」。
歐蘭德說，「為此，法國必須對自己有信心，對歷史、力量、可能性、強項，甚至命運要有信心」，他承認，法國在質疑自己，質疑法國的地位和未來。
他強調，「紀念就是帶來信任的訊息」，民眾必須緊密團結以贏得經濟戰役，因為經濟戰役決定國家的前途命運和在國際社會中的位置。
歐蘭德認為，一戰仍然有許多東西值得今天的法國學習，他強調事在人為，沒有什麼事情是不可逆轉的。
對那些不想看歷史的人，歐蘭德強調歷史的經驗教訓，呼籲要團結和不妥協，反對仇恨和種族主義。
歐蘭德在演講中也強調，一戰期間幫助法國的還有43萬東南亞人和非洲人，在明年紀念一戰百年系列活動中，歷史記憶將是重點。
