| 含反式脂肪食物

速食食物
可能很多人早知道速食食物不健康，因此速食食物是主要反式脂肪來源的真相，倒也不令人意外。例如「海滋客」 (Long John Silver)的炸蚌條(breaded clam strip)每人份反式脂肪含量為7公克，「大力水手炸雞店」 (Popeye)的早餐炸薯餅(Breakfast Hashbrown)每人份反式脂肪含量為10公克。「海滋客」今年8月曾宣布，將於今年底前改用不含反式脂肪的食用油，而「漢堡王」 (Burger King)早自2008年就改用不含反式脂肪的食用油。
微波爐爆米花
部分品牌的微波爐爆米花去除了大部分反式脂肪，但為保險起見，食用前應先察看包裝標示。CSPI指出，「Pop Secret Premium Putter Popcorn」仍含5公克反式脂肪，「Jolly Time Blast o Butter Popcorn」則含4公克。
冷凍甜點
許多此類食品如今已不含反式脂肪，不過仍應檢視營養標示。例如「Sara Lee」一片紐約式起士蛋糕就含有3公克的反式脂肪。
烘焙現成配方
你若以為使用烘焙現成配方自己做甜點，食入的反式脂肪會比在烘焙店的甜點少得多，可就錯了。例如做派皮的「Betty Crocker Pie Crust Mix」每人份含有2.5公克的反式脂肪，你若使用蛋糕糖霜現成配方如「貝氏堡」 (Pillsbury)的「Creamy Supreme Chocolate Fudge Frosting」，每人份的反式脂肪將再增加1.5公克。
人造奶油
不久前，人造奶油(margarine)曾被視為是奶油的健康替代品，但多數人造奶油每人份的反式脂肪含量為1.5公克，沃爾瑪自有品牌「Great Value」的人造奶油的反式脂肪含量更高達3公克。

| 〈經典棒球對抗賽〉陽岱鋼透露：中田翔看好張進德實力

這次台灣與日本的交流賽，陽岱鋼無疑是最受到日本隊注目的選手，不只打擊練習時受到大批台、日媒體包圍聚焦，就連賽前他與北海道日本火腿隊友中田翔閒聊，都讓媒體好奇，到底兩人聊了些什麼？
中田翔今年例行賽打擊率3成05，全壘打28轟在太平洋聯盟排名第2，被看好是未來日本隊第四棒，這次經典棒球對抗賽他也扛下第四棒，他與陽岱鋼的較勁也是焦點之一。
陽岱鋼表示，中田翔跟他聊了有關中華隊實力問題，「他跟我說，中華隊水準都有，投手也有一定程度。」而中田翔也跟他透露，中華隊捕手張進德打擊實力不錯，「他覺得張進德很年輕，才20歲，打擊有power，很不錯。」
而昨晚(7日)才在臉書(Facebook)宣布，「只要擊出全壘打，就請全場球迷喝沙士」的陽岱鋼說，這是屬於他的「台灣限定」，「全壘打不容易打，我希望每場都能請到球迷喝，我會加油！」

| 蔣友青交保後稱：說恐嚇太誇張

蔣家第四代年紀最小的蔣友青，因為涉嫌恐嚇美國學校，被法院裁定以八萬元交保。蔣友青今天傍晚五點多交保後情緒相當激動，他說，先前在母校打橄欖球時受傷而發生爭執，他只是在臉書寫個文章，卻被說成是殺人，太誇張。
蔣友青說，自己被關了一整天，還要再面對五十個記者，心情當然不穩定。
