據美國科技博客Gizmodo報導，當iOS 7面世的時候，大家最先注意到的的是它的動畫效果。有些人說他們看手機會導致暈船的效果。現在我們知道原因了：那些平面、蠟筆色的色塊在放大的時候是以十幾英里每小時的速度『砸』到你的臉上的。

根據新華網報導，在Buzzfeed網上，John Herrman和Jake Levy研究了iOS 7的縮放效果。一個程式被打開並鋪滿螢幕時，放大的起點相當於5.33英尺(約1.6公尺)以外，這一動畫會在0.8秒內完成，經過計算也就是4.5英里每小時(約7.2公里每小時），也就是慢跑的速度。

但從文件夾裡打開程式，速度就快得多了。由於視角的原因，那麼小的程式圖示相當於距離你19.29英尺(約5.9公尺)遠，放大也是在0.8秒內完成，這也就意味著速度相當於16.4英里每小時(約26.4公里每小時)。但由於圖示在放大的過程中會先加速後減速，Buzzfeed估計平均速度會有20英里每小時(約32.2公里每小時)，這和在城市裡開車的速度差不多。

所以，那些抱怨看螢幕會導致暈眩的人也許並沒有發瘋。

警所共構青年住宅 新北說明會

（中央社記者黃旭昇新北市2013年11月6日電）新北市政府今天上午表示，8日下午2時，於永和區公所辦理都市計畫變更公開展覽說明會，辦理秀朗派出所重建共構社會住宅。

新北市政府城鄉發展局上午表示，永和警察分局秀朗派出所因廳舍老舊及空間不敷使用，辦理重建工程。市府首創結合派出所重建及社會住宅共構模式，檢討變更。

預計年底變更通過後，後續工程推動將賦予公有建築物新生命，提供約40戶供青年住宅使用。
