| 利率悄漲 央行：銀行自行決定

（中央社記者吳佳穎台北 6日電）對於近期不少私營銀行貸款利率已漲至2.3%以上，央行總裁彭淮南今天在立法院答詢表示，沒做指示，利率都是各銀行自行決定。
立法院財政委員會6日召開「自由經濟示範區相關租稅優惠規劃及稅式支出評估專案報告」。中央銀行總裁彭淮南出席備詢。
國民黨立委林德福質詢，銀行過去的貸款利率都是2%以下，最近不少銀行將利率調到2.3%以上，利率的調升是否央行有指示?
彭淮南回應，台灣利率已經自由化，利率是由市場決定，所以這是各銀行依資金供需等自行評估後的結果；先前他只是提醒社會要注意利率的風險，不是說要調升利率，事實上，目前也有些利率很低。
國民黨籍立委盧秀燕質詢，除八大公股行庫，其他私營行庫近期暗自調整利率，現在2.3%以下的借款利率幾乎不可得，除房屋首購族以外；這在量化寬鬆(QE)沒退場的情形下，對有房貸的老百姓來說很辛苦。
彭淮南說，像美國，QE沒退，但利率也上漲了；因為利率是反映資金的供需等，這些都是銀行自己決定。
盧秀燕還詢問經濟成長率能否保2%，政府團隊會不會由「保二總隊」變「保一總隊」?
彭淮南肯定地說，「我們要努力」。金管會主委曾銘宗也說，大家一起來努力。經濟部長張家祝則認為，該做的事情就要做，很多需要扎根的事也要做，不是只看數字，扎根更要趕快做。經建會主委管中閔說，繼續努力，官員沒有悲觀的權利。1021106

小妹因為私人原因停掉網路一年 昨天請工程師再重裝網路後 上網是沒問題，但睡前電腦藍色系統畫面顯示”請勿關機或拔除電腦的電源，它將會自動關閉‘’ 且顯示“正在安裝更新2/54‘’ 沒想到主機一直沒有自動關機 睡醒還是在2/54……囧 請問大大們我的電腦可能發生甚麼問題？有解嗎？ 還是我現在應該強制關機？ 感謝大家Ora -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 222.251.15.46
