混油風暴擴大，國內多家知名大廠陸續中標，新北市議員陳啟能、王淑慧，今天在市議會提起行政院正副院長江宜樺、毛治國，家裡都吃進口橄欖油，質問新北市長朱立倫「吃的是什麼油？」，朱立倫回答，跟大家都吃一樣的，大成長城、統一、泰山等國產油都有可能。

市議員王淑慧說，行政院長江宜樺今天在立院表示吃的是進口橄欖油，行政院副院長毛治國的妻子也表示家吃的是進口橄欖油，為什麼台灣的大官都吃進口的橄欖油，市長究竟吃什麼油？

朱立倫表示平時跟議員都吃同樣的油，在市府吃8樓餐廳的便當，在議會備詢就吃議會餐廳的午餐，可能大統、福懋的油都吃過，至於家裡吃的是什麼油，印象中是大成長城或泰山的油。

新北市衛生局長林雪蓉則表示，除持續「油安行動專案」，明天將邀集業者宣導食品正確標示與相關法規的規定，期望從根本杜絕標示不實問題的產生。

住在花蓮豐濱鄉的許先生，平時身體勇健，時常上山務農，今年肝病防治學術基金會到豐濱做篩檢，許先生抽血檢驗，才知道自己是B肝帶原者，且檢驗推測疑似有肝腫瘤。經過安排到醫院進一步超音波篩檢，發現兩顆各5公分和2公分的肝腫瘤，立即手術切除，目前已經康復。

肝病防治學術基金會副執行長粘曉菁表示，7年來肝病基金會走過86個偏遠鄉鎮，替9萬2000多人進行肝病篩檢，發現偏鄉的B、C肝炎帶原者，有64%不自知，比起城市帶原者的43%高出1.5倍。

由於對肝炎的認知不足，這些人根本不知道肝炎帶原者應每半年進行抽血等追蹤。之前的研究更發現，偏鄉民眾若是肝炎帶原者，發生肝硬化、肝癌的死亡率較高。

由於偏鄉地區醫療資源不普遍，以豐濱鄉而言，居民搭車到衛生所，必須把握1小時才一班的公車，來回車程還得花上40分鐘。若要到花蓮慈濟、門諾等大型醫院，因為沒有火車站，來回需要搭3小時的公車才能看診。粘曉菁曾到蘭嶼篩檢，發現當地的老人家自認沒什麼病痛，幾乎鮮少掀開衣服，讓人看肚皮。

肝病基金會明年將繼續到更多偏鄉與社區進行肝病篩檢，今天啟動「救救肝苦人」募款活動，民眾可到全台7-ELEVEN門市募款箱投下零錢，或利用ibon便利生活站捐款。
