【盧麗蓮／綜合報導】40歲的高姓男子向李姓業者購買成人影片，看畫面時發現，A片女主角和業者傳單上的AV女優模樣差很大，怒告業者詐欺。士林地檢署認為，好惡屬個人認知，品質瑕疵屬買賣糾紛，不起訴業者。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導， 高男當時以4000元為代價，自備硬碟給業者買影片，看影片時發現女主角和自己期待落差甚大，怒告李詐欺。檢方認為，李如約交付檔案，品質瑕疵屬買賣糾紛，予以不起訴，但李印露骨傳單販售情色影片，涉妨害風化，另案起訴。

國外網站 TizenExperts 日前公佈一段代號 RedWood 的 SAMSUNG 新機操作影片。影片中 SAMSUNG RedWood 型號為 Z9005，搭載 Tizen 2.2 作業系統，且擁有下拉式選單、圓潤的軟體 icon 設計及快速設定列功能，影片中顯示長按快速設定列的功能即可進入設定介面，同時相機亦具備多樣化的濾鏡效果。外傳 SAMSUNG RedWood 將於 2014 年 CES 消費性電子展中現身。不過上述傳聞仍有待官方進一步證實。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，在上月十六日大統黑心油事件爆發後，上月二十六日味全陸續舉辦六十周年活動，魏家均對外強調：「食品是良心事業。」到本月二日大統董座高振利咬出黑油賣給頂新及福懋，味全仍拖到隔天才由張教華出面說明，昨魏家總算出面道歉。魏應充除辭去GMP協會理事長職務，並宣布成立調查小組、頂新製油總經理常梅峰請辭，及準備五千萬元消費者賠償基金等滅火措施。只不過相對於集團過去六年使用黑心油逾三千萬元不當獲利，僅提出五千萬元支應消費者退貨及後續賠償需求，誠意明顯不足。
