台北地檢署偵辦頂新製油向大統購買黑心油，檢方認為前總經理常梅峰有串證之虞，今天向法院聲押禁見，法院認為無羈押必要，駁回檢方聲請，檢方不排除抗告。

台北地檢署偵辦味全涉摻大統油案，今天將自稱「不小心的受害者」的頂新前總經理常梅峰聲押禁見，台北地院傍晚裁定飭回。

台北地檢署發言人黃謀信受訪對此表示，對法院裁定不服，檢方將即時提起抗告。

常梅峰8日在屏東地檢署接受訊問後，以犯罪嫌疑人身分到調查局台北市調處接受偵訊，今天清晨4時許到台北地檢署接受複訊。

他抵達北檢面對媒體自稱「我們只是個不小心的受害者，不是加害者」、「檢驗有盲點，很多東西不見得驗得出來」。北檢複訊後認為他涉犯詐欺、違反食品衛生管理法，且有串證、滅證之虞，在8時向台北地方法院聲押禁見。

北檢偵辦味全摻大統長基油案，繼日前發動搜索並以被告身分傳喚味全董事長魏應充、總經理張教華後，辦案人員分析搜索查扣的採購文件等證物，並比對魏應充等人說法，為釐清味全油品案的實際交易狀況，8日晚間發動第二波約談行動。

昨天約談名單除了常梅峰之外，另以證人身分約談大統長基公司董事長高振利、味全經銷商曹姓女經理，高振利及曹女都經檢方訊後請回。
