| 氣象專家：不排除海燕2號誕生

【施旖婕/綜合外電報導】海燕颱風日前重創菲律賓，也是30年來少見的魔鬼颱，其威力和結構都相當驚人，但氣象專家表示，未來類似海燕的怪颱或強颱，不排除會再發生，而且頻率也會增加。
目前聯合國正於波蘭召開氣候大會，專家指出，隨著海洋溫度逐漸上升，未來將常常出現極端天氣的現象。現場不少專家異口同聲認為，海洋表面溫度升高，氣旋的威力也將增強。

| 德醫師偷拍千名病人 被判3年半

【施旖婕/綜合外電報導】德國一名婦科醫生近日被指控在2008年至2011年間，偷拍了多達1467名病人，昨日被判有期徒刑3年半，並吊銷醫師執照，以及出獄後4年不得有任何醫療行為。
這名醫師偷拍時間長達3年，但在2011年被他的助理發現異狀，助理報警後，檢調發現這名醫師有上萬張的偷拍照和影像，還包括女病患在更衣室及在病床上的情況，法官斥責他侵犯女病「人生最私密的部分」。

| 馬桶竄蛇咬蛋蛋 男護鳥扯甩蛇

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】嘉義縣1名男子(63歲)8日晚上8時許在自家如廁時，馬桶竟有蛇竄出，緊咬住陰囊不放，男「護鳥」忍痛扯開蛇、甩在地上，捧著滲血受傷的下體就醫；經消防局了解，該蛇為錦蛇，無毒，研判蛇疑從排水管入侵宅。
今日出版的《自由時報》報導，當天晚間男子在家看電視，掀起馬桶蓋，準備解尿之際，馬桶突然竄出不明黑影，直襲他的下體，瞬間一陣椎心刺痛，竟是1條1公尺長的錦蛇，利牙正緊緊咬住「蛋蛋」，男子強忍劇痛，硬扯下錦蛇，重重摔在地面，蛇牙拉扯造成傷口撕裂，陰囊破皮流血，還會陣陣抽痛，他憂心影響性功能，趕忙打110求助及就醫。
