【葉國吏／綜合報導】三國時代梟雄曹操，一直被傳是漢代丞相曹參後人，指曹父本為夏侯家後人，過繼給太監曹騰後改姓曹。但上海復旦大學課題組經研究，宣佈完全確定曹操家族DNA，破解曹操及其家族身世之迷。

香港《蘋果日報》報導，上海復旦大學在中國採集了79個曹姓家族的280名男性和446個包括夏侯、操等姓氏男性志願者的靜脈血樣本，並進行DNA比對，確定曹操身世。

通過比對，安徽亳州的曹操祖輩墓葬元寶坑1號墓的遺骨與現代曹操後人緊密關聯；夏侯氏、曹參後人都不是該類型。故此，課題組認為曹操之父來自家族內部過繼，該家族並非曹參本族。
