國民黨全代會前天通過「黨籍總統兼任黨主席」案，恐有規避黨主席負責選戰操盤責任疑慮。台北市長郝龍斌今天備詢時表示，十九全決議所追求的是黨政合一，但不表示不需負選戰成敗責任。

郝龍斌說，若明年七合一選舉五都輸三都，或者是選的非常不好，黨主席過去該負什麼責任，屆時也就要負什麼責任，黨主席當然負選敗成敗責任。

國民黨日前召開第十九全代會，榮譽主席吳伯雄致詞後下台與立法院長王金平互相擁抱，但吳卻僅和國民黨主席馬英九握手，其肢體動作引發政治聯想；但吳伯雄今天中午應邀出席好心肝門診開幕記者會後，答覆本報記者的提問時，一再強調「外界勿過度解讀」、「希望大家都有好心肝」，不想多作回應。
