旺宏電子(2337)今 表示，日前已向美國專利商標局(U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, USPTO)舉發Spansion控訴其侵權的專利無效。依據旺宏提供美國專利商標局的證據顯示，Spansion指控侵權的六項專利，均是他人早先的發明、已公開之技術或在該產業領域內顯而易見者，但Spansion當初申請專利時並未據實提供相關資料，致美國專利商標局未能審酌而准予專利。

就此，旺宏已提供詳盡的資料及範例證明Spansion該六項專利，皆是在Spansion提出美國專利申請前，即有先前技術(Prior Art)或已公開。依法，該等專利應予無效。旺宏因此依法訴請美國專利商標局裁定該等專利無效。

　　隨著 G-STAR 2013 遊戲展的腳步越來越近，各家廠商無不卯足全力在為其產品曝光，今（11/12）日中國大陸網易公佈了旗下一款東方幻想風格 3D MMORPG 新作的形象網站，上面標示倒數時間為 2 天，也就是 G-STAR 2013 遊戲展開展當天。

　　日前，中國大陸小說作家江南在其個人微博爆料，和網易合作的遊戲已接近完成，投資了九位數的錢，蹉跎了百人的時光，範本是其建構過的世界模型中完成度最高、規模也最大的一個，開發代號 novo2.1，將於韓國 G-STAR 2013 遊戲展揭曉。
