【黃揚明／台北報導】23歲混血辣模雷瑟琳因與計程車司機發生糾紛，被告妨害名譽，卻因未收到傳票遭通緝，日前到信義分局報到卻被上手銬移送台北地檢署。事後她出面淚控警方執法過當。親民黨立委李桐豪今在內政委員會質詢警政署長王卓鈞，質疑該女藝人微罪被通緝，主動到案卻被上銬，並不合理。
王卓鈞說，依照規定警方要把通緝犯上手銬，「如果女藝人當天沒有上手銬，媒體朋友知道了，又是負面的報導出來。」李桐豪質疑，她主動報到還會跑掉嗎？王卓鈞說，有的通緝犯主動報到，但坐了幾個鐘頭又不願意，如果跑掉，那麼值班和承辦人員還要負起疏縱人犯責任。
李桐豪建議，應該要調整相關規定，讓微罪、主動到案的通緝犯能夠不用上手銬，或是要求直接到地檢署到案避免這種沒必要的糾紛傷害政府形象。

【王文傑／花蓮報導】鳳林鎮鳳林陸橋今年底即將完工，百公尺長的橋身為閃避橋下台鐵電氣化工程，將原本7公尺橋高再拉高1.1公尺，導致坡度瀕臨安全值，附近居民質疑完工後的行車安全，住家與橋身僅一牆之隔的黃姓男子笑說：「太陡啦，像是開入雲端的陸橋，上坡踩油門讓他油煙吃不完，下坡開太快很危險啦！」
