【晏明強／台北報導】國民黨下午中常會安排農委會主委陳保基報告「貿易自由化農業調整策略」，由於老農津貼請領浮濫造成政府沉重財政壓力，陳保基表示，農委會將修法調整老農津貼發放規定，因為按照現行規定，只要參加農保6個月以上，就可每個月請領老農津貼7千元，以致出現有人短暫從農，甚至長期旅居國外也可申領津貼的情況，請領年資由現行6個月提高為15年，預估修法後可落實照顧長期從事農業的老年農民，修法後15年間約可節省460億元，平均每年30億元。

國民黨主席馬英九則表示，老農津貼制度化也算是「小革命」，所以在這個時候趕快踩剎車，把制度建立起來，「我覺得是善莫大焉」。

馬強調，我們沒有要針對誰，完全是考慮整個台灣農業的發展，未來修法後國庫每年約可省下30億元，這筆經費將可拿來幫助真正需要照顧的老農。此外，馬也肯定農委會自今年起推動的「調整耕作制度活化農地計畫」，認為這不但可活化連續休耕農地、維護農業生產環境，也能引進青年農民擴大經營規模、提升產業競爭力，以提高糧食自給率，維持國家糧食安全。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】田馥甄（Hebe）29日即將發行新專輯《渺小》，專輯預購的黑衣照片被質疑抄襲國際巨星瑪丹娜15年前MV概念。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，Hebe昨身穿露背洋裝亮相，分享前進冰島拍MV心路歷程，她笑說：「為了一個鏡頭，冒著低溫強風爬上冰原，抵達時不止缺氧，根本就是什麼都缺，更體會到人類的渺小。」有網友認為她的專輯預購照片，疑似抄襲國際巨星瑪丹娜1998年歌曲《Frozen》MV概念，她無奈表示：「我也是今天才第1次看到成品，若有雷同真的只是巧合。」
