【陳如嬌／台北報導】交通部觀光局與中華航空合作推出的「台灣觀光彩繪機」今天首航，由松山機場飛往日本東京羽田機場。這架繪有樂活、生態、浪漫、美食、購物、文化等台灣觀光6大主軸的彩繪機，未來將飛航來台觀光客主要市場，包括日本、香港、馬來西亞、新加坡、韓國及中國大陸等地。這也是首架機身上有「Taiwan」字眼的彩繪機能飛進中國大陸的天空。

「台灣觀光彩繪機」採用 A330-300 機型，機身圖案以「Welcome to Taiwan」搭配「旅行台灣 就是現在」的7顆心擷取元素，包括在國家戲劇院前表演的雲門舞者，台北101璀燦煙火、在故宮前悠遊的單車旅行，台灣3C產品與台灣黑熊、鳳梨酥、珍珠奶茶、小籠包與水果、元宵燈籠與日月潭美景，都呈現在機身上。

首航班機307名旅客都有意外驚喜，觀光局和華航贈上白瓷奉茶杯、環保袋、撲克牌、以觀光機為封面的限量珍藏版2014年華航月曆，以及日裔法國外交官夫人滿里子的著作《台灣，一個驚喜》。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】中國上海昨日有一名中年女子，騎機車逆向行駛被交警開單處罰後，竟然當場撕破警察的褲子，還脫光自己的衣服全裸。女子被警方控制後，聲稱自己有精神疾病，但警方在其家中未找到相關證明。

警方表示，當時警員將這名違規的中年女子攔下，對其進行口頭教育並罰款50元人民幣(約新台幣240元)。交完罰款後，女子情緒有些激動，撲上前撕破了警員的褲子，想把錢奪回，但未得逞。隨後，女子跑到馬路中間，試圖攔截來往車輛，警員立即把其拉回路邊。這時，該女子突然脫光衣物，坐在機車上。警員們連忙撿起衣服，蓋住該女子。

女子聲稱自己患有精神疾病，但警方在其家中並未找到相關證據。

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】有公司因為需求不佳取消IPO（Initial Public Offering，首次公開發行），有些則因為揭露資訊不足，在監管機關要求補件下延後，但因為背傷開刀推遲IPO，實在是破天荒頭一遭。
 
將NFL（National Football League，美國美式足球職業聯盟）球星證券化，並作為球星股票交易平台的新創公司Fantex表示，由於休士頓德州人隊跑衛佛斯特（Arian Foster）被列入傷兵名單，準備為背傷開刀，將推遲佛斯特的股票IPO。
 
Fantex基本上是1家運動行銷及管理公司，主要獲利來源為分享簽約球星未來獲利，包括球隊合約及企業贊助等，並透過發行簽約球星的股票來籌募投資球星資本，然而這類股票風險不小，佛斯特的IPO文件中，共羅列了37頁風險因素。
 
延後佛斯特IPO對才成立不久的Fantex來說衝擊不小，Fantex得被迫將IPO重心放在第2位，也是公司最後1個標的——舊金山49人隊的戴維斯（Vernon Davis），但Fantex目前尚未向美國證管會（SEC）遞交戴維斯股票的上市申請文件。
