標題[請益] 關於ARTC CAE工程師研替

小魯蛇117機電碩 設計組 最近看到ARTC有研替職缺 看到CAE工程師還蠻有興趣的 本身平常有在研究汽機車 ARTC這個機構也耳熟能詳 不過版上的討論不多(畢竟不是科技業吧?不過我也不知道要在哪問了...) 不知道裡面環境跟待遇如何呢?想先了解了解~~ 或者是有面試過的前輩可以分享一下經驗? 謝謝!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.160.63

| 英指西管制邊境違法 歐盟：無證據

針對英國指控西班牙違法歐盟法令，管制與英屬直布羅陀的邊境交通及海關進出，歐盟執行委員會(EU executive)今天(15日)表示，查無證據支持英方的說法。
歐盟在聲明中指出：「執委會並未發現西班牙政府，在西國與直布羅陀邊境的拉利內亞德拉孔塞普西翁鎮(La Linea de la Conception)，設置的邊境崗哨，對直布羅陀個人或是貨物進行檢查時，有任何違反歐盟法律條文的情事發生。」
歐盟執委會表示，做出上述解釋，主要是基於9月25日，派出觀察員到現場實際訪問，以及英國和西班牙兩國提供的資料，得出的結果。
直布羅陀位於西班牙南端，卻是英國的海外屬地，隔著直布羅陀海峽與非洲相望，地理位置重要。
直布羅陀原屬西班牙統治，1703年被英國攻佔，並在1713年的「烏得勒支條約」(Utrecht)中被割讓給英國，直布羅陀人也傾向認同英國。
這個面積僅6.5平方公里、人口約3萬的地區，近來成為英國和西班牙爭執焦點，兩國因外海捕魚問題而關係緊張。
今年7月到8月，西班牙要求直布羅陀移除在外海設置的70個大型水泥礁，以免妨害漁民捕魚，漁民日前也組成船隊抗議，英國海軍及直布羅陀警方巡邏船阻止這些漁船進入爭議水域，兩國關係緊張。
