【生活中心／台北報導】因正義公司含銅葉綠素的食用油、影響消費者權益，行政院消保處表示，經高雄市消保官已邀正義公司研商退貨條件，今確定正義公司添加銅葉綠素的16項油品，即起至明年2月28日可退貨，消費者可依下列退貨條件及方式辦理退貨。若消費者至各通路無法辦理退貨，可向各縣市政府消費者服務中心提出申訴，由地方消保官以個案方式處理。

| 矽品主管採購灌水近2千萬元 起訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】矽品精密公司廖姓協理(54歲)辦理採購甲骨文公司資料庫服務時，與甲骨文台灣代辦公司及業務人員勾串，將原本報價僅3751萬元的採購案，調高到5694萬元，其中多出來的1943萬元，甲骨文公司台灣業務代表吳宗樺再以假稱服務外包的名義，轉匯給勾串的兩家外包資訊商。
當兩家資訊商要將1943萬元轉交給吳宗樺時，矽品公司接獲密報而報警，全案被揭發。台中地檢署依詐欺罪，將廖等5人提起公訴。

| 開南12位甘比亞學生 希望繼續留台讀書

【石明啟／桃園報導】我國今天上午宣布和非洲甘比亞斷交，桃園開南大學12位甘國學生聽到這項消息都很震驚，希望2國斷交不要影響他們學業，也希望2國能夠繼續維持外交關係，他們都說，很喜歡台灣，學校、學生對他們都很好。
開南大學指出，這12位甘國學生都是申請來台，就讀商業管理等科系，學校發給獎學金，依規定平均每科75分以上，全費、住宿全免。目前只有1位學生成績未達標準，自行付費外，其餘都全免，因此他們求學不受2國斷交影響。
