| 法務部未反對修改通保法

今天有媒體報導，法務部全面反對立法委員所提通訊保障及監察法之修法草案、拒絕提案修法，法務部澄清，報導錯誤，該部將於明年2月前將完整的通保法修法著案送請立法院審議。
法務部聲明指出，已於10月30日舉辦過「通訊監察之法律面與執行面檢討座談會」，邀請學者專家及司法院、律師公會、國安局、通傳會（NCC）、檢察機關等各界代表，就通訊監察制度面、法規面、執行面與外國立法例，進行深入討論。
另外，於10月28日函請台灣高等檢察署，通令各地檢署於12月31 日前調查並回報通訊保障及監察法落實情形。
法務部指出，該部未全面反對立法委員提出的修正草案，是對實務上認為窒礙難行的才建議「審慎評估」。例如，有立委提案修改為，一案最多只能監聽3線、調取通聯紀錄須法官核准、合法監聽取得之他案犯罪資料不得作任何使用等，認應審慎評估，絕非毫無理由任意反對。
