eTag重複扣 遠通補還

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北7日電）遠通電收今天坦承，3日、4日有上百輛車的eTag重複扣款，發現是系統調校時出問題，覆核後已將誤扣金額補還客戶。

有網友公布eTag扣款紀錄，有人在1月3日上午9時8分23秒，通過國道3號北上20.1公里處的門架，2次被扣通行費新台幣5.2元。

遠通表示，因1月3日、4日，後端系統正進行調校，造成原交易檢核機制過濾出的重覆交易，有部分並未匯入帳務系統，使客戶帳務交易資料出現重複扣款，後經出帳後的內部覆核發現，立即清查，共發現有上百輛車的資料交易受影響。

遠通電收說，一發現有重複交易，立即將誤扣金額補還客戶，用路人權益並未受影響。

遠通電收表示，未來在每次出帳前，會再次比對交易檢核機制，確保重複扣款不再發生。1030107
