| 竊電15年供攤販使用 警逮10嫌送法辦

【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市烏來區1名35歲周姓社區理事長，15年來竊電租給攤販，昨天晚間7時許，被巡邏警員當場查獲，並帶回9名正在竊電使用的攤販。
周姓社區理事長向警方供稱，違法用電已超過15年，表示這是傳承交接下來的，將責任推給已故的理事長，辯稱不清楚是違法竊電。
警方調查，攤商是以每月200元的費用向周姓社理事長承租的，每月約300度電量，15年下來預估台電損失將近百萬元，警方訊後先將9名攤販及周嫌依竊盜罪嫌移送。

| 麵攤內羊癲瘋發作 警方緊急送醫

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市1名男子昨天下午5時許，在福二街上的小吃店用餐吃麵，突然間口吐白沫，全身發抖摔倒地上，附近民眾想上前幫忙，都被這名男子抓傷手臂，民眾趕緊向百福派出所報案，請警方前來處理。
警員獲報到場，發現44歲的黃姓男子口吐白沫倒在地上全身發抖不停抽搐，警員拿著毛巾立即上前塞入黃男口中，防止咬到舌頭，之後再與老板合力扶上巡邏車將其送基隆長庚醫院治療，並通知家屬到醫院照顧。
黃男父親向警方表示，兒子因患有嚴重的羊癲瘋，多年來經過治療都無法改善時好時壞，家人怕發生意外都不敢讓他獨自出門，沒想到他只是到住家附近吃麵，竟突然羊癲瘋發作，家屬們都很感謝警方的幫忙。
