| 「一字」刷牙法 台灣淪亞洲第一爛牙

【沈能元／台北報導】刷牙方式不正確，讓台灣淪為亞洲第一爛牙。牙醫師表示，門診中常見民眾刷牙像在刷地板，以平面的「一字」來回移動，只刷到牙齒凸面，刷不到溝槽，牙縫永遠沒清潔到；一項最新調查也指出，近9成民眾每天至少刷牙2次，但高達8成7每次刷牙時間不到2分鐘，草率刷牙致國人牙周病比率居高不下。
牙周病植牙醫師徐慶玲說，牙齒是立體構造，但有些民眾刷牙時僅以一字來回移動，口腔清潔根本沒有落實，建議刷牙次數不用多，但每顆牙應仔細刷，以防牙周病。
