公公併 前財長吐嘈：沒那麼容易

財政部長張盛和才喊出由兆豐金評估「公公併」，馬上被老長官吐嘈。前財政部長、金融總會理事長李述德昨日表示，金融機構大不一定好，小也不一定就不好，重要的是經營品質以及社會責任。企業規模擴大是要能提供更多的服務，「如果是大公司但都賣黑心產品，也不行。」

李述德說「整併不是目的，只是企業成長的手段方法之一」，企業想要藉由併購而壯大，可以正面看待。如果雙方情投意合，合併又能擴大經營綜校，合併就是好事，但要注意整併過程股東、員工等各方面的權益。

李述德過去擔任財長時，曾研究過「合庫金併彰銀」，以及「兆豐金併彰銀」的可能性，不過最後都不了了之。李述德坦言，當時就是評估後認為不好、不可行，所以才沒推動合併。

李述德說，合併涉及時機、換股比率、員工權益、經營策略、董監席次等，枝枝節節的細節很多，「要合併沒那麼容易」。他以「結婚」來形容，有些是長輩媒妁之言，有些是自由戀愛，嫁妝、聘金、時機等都是問題，但最後「結婚好不好，還是很難說」。

今年景氣不如預期，經濟成長率（GDP）持續下修，股市量能表現不佳。李述德說，雖然GDP是愈高愈好，但當經濟發展成熟到一定程度後，成長幅度一定會縮小，因此不能單看GDP的數字，只要經濟體質是健康就好。

李述德說，從物價、股價、房價及利率、匯率和通膨率六大指標來看都表現正常，央行妥善調控，部分地區房價高漲只是特殊、個別的現象，「外界不能只看見帝寶」。

在股價方面，他指出，「長期持有賺股息、短期持有賺差價」，股市除了價量，殖利率更重要。台股或許交易量沒有其他資本市場高，不夠活潑，但殖利率達3~5％，表現優於其他資本市場，投資安排青睞定存的民眾，存錢不如存股。

高雄橋頭車禍 2出家人命危

2名出家人由和尚開車載尼姑，11月26日下午4點左右，經過高雄市橋頭區典昌路發生車禍，車頭直撞路旁電線桿，車頭凹陷；後座的尼姑頭部變形已無氣息，和尚也傷重昏迷，由消防局救護人員分別送往高雄市健仁醫院及國軍高雄總醫院左營分院急救，生命垂危。
