| 禍從天降 直昇機墜毀蘇格蘭夜店

根據目擊者表示，一架直昇機29日墜毀在蘇格蘭最大城市格拉斯哥(Glasgow)的一家酒吧，據傳有人受傷。
英國工黨議員墨菲(Jim Murphy)告訴英國廣播公司(BBC)說，就在他開車行經當地之前不過幾秒，有一個像是直昇機的東西墜毀在酒吧裡。
墨菲表示，他看到好幾個人受傷。而部份社群網站也出現像是直昇機墜毀在屋頂上的照片。

| 陸劃防空識別區 五角大廈：美軍如常運作

美國五角大廈發言人華倫(Steve Warren)上校29日表示，儘管中國大陸戰機在北京新劃定的東海防空識別區，監控美國和日本飛機的行動，但美軍仍將持續正常運作。
華倫說，「美方仍慣常地經由太平洋飛過國際領空，其中包括中國大陸新劃定的東海防空識別區。這些飛航和長期存在且為人所知、適用於世界許多地區的美國航行自由政策一致。我可以證實美國將持續在這個區域正常運作。」
中國大陸23日公布劃設涵蓋釣魚台的東海防空識別區，美國、南韓、日本和其他國家指控，大陸此舉是升高區域緊張。
不過中國大陸國防部發言人楊宇軍表示，設立防空識別區，並不意味著領空範圍的擴大，但是可以更加有效地保護國家的空防安全。

| 蘇格蘭官方：警用直昇機墜毀酒吧

蘇格蘭第一部長薩爾蒙德(Alex Salmond)表示，一架警用直昇機29日墜毀在蘇格蘭格拉斯哥(Glasgow)的一家酒吧，可能造成了人員傷亡。
薩爾蒙德在推特發文指出，「我可以證實涉及格拉斯哥這場悲劇意外的，是一架警用直昇機」，當局已展開救援，發生了這種程度的意外，「我們得準備可能有傷亡發生」。
根據正好開車行經當地、現場目擊的工黨議員墨菲(Jim Murphy)說，像是直升機的東西撞進一家酒吧，他看到許多人受傷。
這家名為The Clutha的酒吧有樂團現場演奏，在當地頗受歡迎。目前不清楚事發當時酒吧內有多少人。
