誤買凶宅單親媽　今接受大眾銀道歉

【李恩慈／台南報導】不知情買到凶宅的台南媽媽莊明玉出面控訴大眾銀行一案，今天下午2點在台南市議員陳怡珍陪同下召開記者會，說明接受大眾銀行道歉；莊明玉聲明指出，大眾銀行終於承認疏失，感謝立委陳亭妃及各界關注，「還給我一個真相與公道，希望我是最後一個受害者！」莊明玉強調，後續全權委託陳亭妃協助處理，也呼籲有類似狀況的民眾勇敢站出來。

大眾銀行今天上午也發表聲明表示，由於承辦人員未能充分掌握該法拍屋是凶宅的事實，「確實有疏失」，而在莊明玉洽談房貸事宜時，也未能積極協助莊明玉順利取得貸款，「本行鄭重表達十二萬分歉意」，將協助莊明玉棄標的39萬5100元權利讓與大眾銀行。
